Palm Beach Altantic University Partnership At Passion2Plant, we’ve witnessed a beautiful trend: once our alumni complete their training with us, many catch the “theological education bug.”
They want more…more depth, more clarity, and more tools to lead well. That’s why we’re so excited about our partnership with Palm Beach Atlantic University.
This collaboration opens a critical door for our Latino/a alumni to pursue a fully bilingual Master of Divinity (MDiv), with courses offered in both Spanish and English. For many Latino/a faith leaders, formal theological education has not always been accessible or even required. Some serve in denominations that don’t emphasize seminary training, while others have been shaped by leaders who were never given the opportunity to study theology in a structured way. But we believe that sound, Spirit-led theological education is essential, especially for leaders shaping the future of the Church in these challenging times. Through this partnership with PBA, our alumni can deepen their understanding of Scripture, grow in their pastoral effectiveness, and gain practical tools for 21st-century ministry, while learning in the language of their heart. This is about more than just a degree. It’s about equipping Latino/a leaders with the confidence, competence, and conviction to pastor boldly and wisely in our communities. We encourage our alumni to explore this opportunity—and take the next step in their calling.

At Passion2Plant, we believe that the pulpit is not just a platform, it’s a place of formation, transformation, and justice. That’s why we are proud to partner with Palm Beach Atlantic University to offer our alumni, especially Púlpito Fellows, the opportunity to join the Voices for Change: Circle of Preachers Certificate Program.
Like Púlpito Fellows, this program is funded by the Lilly Endowment and is rooted in the conviction that preaching must meet the moment…spiritually, culturally, and prophetically. This one-year experience builds upon the digital ministry, theological formation, and justice-centered preaching our Fellows have already begun exploring. It’s a natural next step for those ready to deepen their craft, expand their voice, and engage communities with a message that heals, liberates, and inspires.

But this opportunity isn’t just for our Fellows. Every Passion2Plant graduate—whether a church planter, minister, or lay leader, should continue sharpening their preaching voice. In an era when public theology is under attack and people yearn for truth, clarity, and compassion, our leaders must be equipped to preach with conviction and context.
