Our Vision
"To be truly visionary we have to root our imagination in our concrete reality while simultaneously imagining possibilities beyond that reality." — bell hooks
Rooted in the concrete realities of our world and inspired by the transformative possibilities of the Kin*dom of God, our vision is to inspire a global movement of justice-oriented churches that serve as positive forces for community transformation and credible witnesses of God’s love. These churches, led by planters equipped with captivity theology and Sankofa principles, embody equity, diversity, and holistic growth, reimagining what faith communities can be.
A New Way to Birth Churches & Launch Digital Pulpits
Passion2Plant is more than a network. We are a prophetic ecosystem of church planting and spiritual leadership rooted in justice and sacred imagination, online and on the ground.
We don’t just help people plant churches. We help them birth liberating faith spaces.
Some gather in homes. Others in storefronts or sanctuaries. Increasingly, many rise from digital soil, birthing digital pulpits that proclaim good news to those who have long been pushed to the margins.
We honor our diversity, not just in culture or identity, but in how we think, teach, and lead. We lift up wisdom from the margins, organic intellectuals, seminary-trained theologians, seasoned elders, and grassroots practitioners alike.
We believe the Church must do better. So we train leaders to co-create sacred communities that resist oppression, embody liberation, and restore dignity. So we focus on reimagining a better faith community (and leaders) for the future. We envision a Spirit-led movement of justice-rooted faith leaders who are unplanting empire. At Passion2Plant, we raise up leaders who plant and lead churches not in the image of empire, but in the likeness of Christ: embodied, humble, rooted in place, and walking alongside the oppressed.
