Emanuel Padilla is president of World Outspoken, a ministry preparing the mestizo church for cultural change. After years of university teaching and course design, he now offers accessible resources and training to bi-cultural Christians facing questions of identity, culture, and theology. He is completing a PhD in Theological and Ethical studies at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary, and he also serves at The Brook, a church on the northwest side of Chicago, along with his wife Kelly.
