Rev. David Ramos

David comes to Passion2Plant after serving City to City NY as Assistant Director of the Residency program where he directed the Residency Program · Faculty

Ramos provided coaching to residents, and collaborated with local pastors and other strategic partners who desire staff support for their existing and emerging church plants. David is the Pastor of Third Christian Church in the Hamilton Heights section of New York, served as a Hospice Chaplain for the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, and was formerly the Director of Programs for the American Bible Society. He also served as the Director of the Urban Youth Fellows Program at the Latino Pastoral Action Center and is the Founder of the Latino Leadership Circle.

​David earned his Masters of Divinity Princeton Theological Seminary and a Master of Social Work from Rutgers School of Social Work. Born and raised in Brooklyn, David and his wife presently live in the Bronx. David loves the arts, culture, diversity, and creative energy of New York. David enjoys adventure related activities such as hiking, camping, trail running, biking, as well as concerts, and reading.
