He is the author of Pentecost: A Day of Power for All People and Pentecostal Orthodoxy: Toward an Ecumenism of the Spirit. His teaching and research interests include early African Christianity, Afro-Latinx spirituality and theology, Pentecostal mysticism and asceticism, and preaching.
