Multiethnic & Intercultural Ministry Design

Everyone wants to say they’re a “diverse church,” but few are willing to do the real work that makes it possible. Diversity alone isn’t enough. We help churches move beyond tokenism and toward a true Acts-inspired model that celebrates difference, centers marginalized voices, and creates welcoming spaces even when it challenges comfort or cultural dominance. Our support includes strategic planning for multiethnic church development and intercultural competency training for leadership teams, because a church that reflects the Kingdom requires more than optics; it demands transformation. We are also members of the Multi-Ethnic Collaborative and can connect you to others who might be able to support the work you are doing.
