Trauma-Informed Ministry Development

Before launching a trauma-informed ministry, leaders need formation. That’s why we encourage pastors and planters to begin with our training cohorts focused on trauma-informed leadership. From there, we offer consulting support to help implement these principles into existing churches or new church plants. We believe this work is non-negotiable, our communities deserve churches that understand the deep impact of trauma and are equipped to lead with care, healing, and resilience.
